Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Spinex website, wheel game, wallet connection flow, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By connecting a wallet, placing a spin, or otherwise using Spinex, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Spinex provides an on-chain or wallet-connected gaming interface where users may spend USDT to spin a prize wheel. Outcomes, fees, and supported networks are described on the site and in the Game Rules. We may change features, limits, or availability at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to participate in online gaming and cryptocurrency transactions where you access the Service. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited.

Wallet & transactions

  • You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and device security.
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Spinex cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses or lost credentials.
  • Network fees (gas) are your responsibility and may vary without notice.
  • You agree that spin fees are charged when you initiate a spin, regardless of outcome, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

No financial advice

Spinex does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency and gaming involve risk, including total loss of funds. Past wins shown in the real-time wins feed do not guarantee future results.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
  • Use bots, exploits, or multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Misrepresent your identity, location, or eligibility.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish the Service or feed data for commercial use without permission.

Intellectual property

The Spinex name, logo, design, code, and content are owned by Spinex or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPINEX AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SPINEX IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we suspect violation of these Terms, applicable law, or risk to the platform or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your wallet and ceasing play.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may also be communicated on the site when practicable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Spinex, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts designated by the operator, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
